Booking policies

By making an appointment, you are indicating your agreement with our booking policies. Kindly review each policy to ensure our salon aligns with your preferences.

Contact

—To contact, please text Nicole at 516 659 3738. We do not take phone calls

—You may email or message us on instagram but please know we reply faster to text messages

—We reply within business hours only

Scheduling

—Book all appointments online through our website

—Deposits are not an added fee, they get taken off your total the day of

—Deposits are always nonrefundable

—All appointments must be confirmed. Non confirmed appointments are cancelled

—We do not accept fill ins done by other lash artists. Please book a removal + full set for this instance

-At your lash fill appointments, you must have at least 50% of your extensions left. Anything less is a full set, anything after 3 weeks is a full set

Important disclaimer

—We are located at Salon Culture Suites, 337 Main Street Farmingdale

—If you experience premature lash fallout we can only touch them up 3 days after your appointment. Anything after is not in our control

—If you have gaps/thin natural lashes you will either be denied service OR will get very poor lash retention

—Your lash set will never look the exact same as somebody else’s

—Arriving at your appointment with any indication of being sick or ill, will be asked to leave along with the $50 fee as this violates our health code of conduct

Late arrival

—The grace period for arriving late is 15 minutes. Please understand we work back to back and cannot accommodate lateness

—If you are not here at the grace period, it will result in full cancellation and the $50 fee. Our doors are shut and locked at that point.

Rescheduling/Cancelling

—Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 charge. To avoid the fee you must cancel OUTSIDE of the 24 hour window.

—Cancelling/rescheduling same day of your appointment will result in a $50 charge

No-shows

—Not showing up to your appointment without any notice to us will result in the charge of 100% of your service price

—if you no-show us you will no longer be able to book with us

Payment

All payments are nonrefundable

—We accept cash, card, or zelle only. We do not accept venmo

—If paying with card, there is a 3.5% processing fee. To avoid this, pay in cash, card or with zelle
